Ungrammatical Status?

The screenshot image is an online social media status of a local celebrity.

According to her, "Be an educated & intelligent woman that man can't either ignore or underestimate you."

Although we have no problem understanding her message, we can't help noticing a few flaws in her statement. The mistakes are not that obvious unless you view it with a proofreader's or writer's eye.

As editing English text is part of our business services, we can't resist scrutinizing her statement under our proofreader's lens.

Below are a number of ways her statement could have been rewritten to make it grammatically correct.

1. Be an educated & intelligent woman whom men
can neither ignore nor underestimate.

2. Be an educated & intelligent woman whom men
can't ignore nor underestimate.

3. Be an educated & intelligent woman so that men
can't ignore nor underestimate you.

4. Be an educated & intelligent woman so that men
can neither ignore nor underestimate you.

What are other ways to express the said status so that it conforms to the conventional grammatical rules?

Any ideas?
